DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE

PERFORM DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE

With CONSULT

1. Power switch ON.

2. Select "Self Diagnostic Result" mode of "Wireless charger" using CONSULT.

3. Check DTC.

Is DTC "B1B00‐08" detected?

YES>>

Refer to Diagnosis Procedure.

NO-1>>

To check malfunction symptom before repair: Refer to Intermittent Incident.

NO-2>>

Confirmation after repair: INSPECTION END

Diagnosis Procedure

PERFORM DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE AGAIN

With CONSULT

1. Power switch ON.

2. Erase DTC.

3. DTC confirmation procedure again. Refer to Confirmation Procedure.

Is DTC "B1B00‐08" detected again?

YES>>

Perform the trouble diagnosis for CAN communication system. Refer to Trouble Diagnosis Flow Chart.

NO>>

INSPECTION END

B1b01-1c Wireless Charger Unit

DTC Description

1. Power switch ON.

2. Select "Self Diagnostic Result" mode of "Wireless charger" using CONSULT.

3. Check DTC.

Is DTC "B1B01‐1C" detected?

YES>>

Refer toDiagnosis Procedure.

NO-1>>

To check malfunction symptom before repair: Refer to Intermittent Incident.

NO-2>>

Confirmation after repair: INSPECTION END

CHECK WIRELESS CHARGER UNIT POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT

Check wireless charger unit power supply circuit. Refer to Diagnosis Procedure.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES>>

Replace wireless charger unit. Refer to Removal and Installation.

NO>>

Repair or replace malfunctioning parts.

YES>>

Refer to Diagnosis Procedure.

NO-1>>

To check malfunction symptom before repair: Refer to Intermittent Incident.

NO-2>>

Confirmation after repair: INSPECTION END

Diagnosis Procedure

CHECK WIRELESS CHARGER INDICATOR POWER SUPPLY AND GROUND CIRCUIT

Check power supply. Refer to Diagnosis Procedure.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES>>

GO TO 2.

NO>>

Repair or replace malfunctioning parts.

CHECK HARNESS BETWEEN WIRELESS CHARGER UNIT AND WIRELESS CHARGER INDICATOR

With CONSULT

1. Power switch OFF.

2. Disconnect the wireless charger unit and center console finisher connector.

3. Check for continuity between the wireless charger unit harness connector and center console finisher harness connector.

4. Check for continuity between wireless charger unit harness connector and ground.

YES>>

GO TO 3.

NO>>

Repair the harnesses or connectors.

CHECK WIRELESS CHARGER INDICATOR GROUND CIRCUIT

Check for continuity between the wireless charger indicator harness connector and ground.

YES>>

GO TO 4.

NO>>

Repair the harnesses or connectors.

REPLACE WIRELESS CHARGER INDICATOR

1. Replace center console finisher. Refer to Removal & Installation.

2. Power switch ON.

3. Erase DTC.

4. Perform DTC confirmation procedure again. Refer to Confirmation Procedure.

Is DTC B1B05-09 detected again?

YES>>

Replace wireless charger unit. Refer to Removal and Installation.

NO>>

INSPECTION END

Power Supply and Ground Circuit

Diagnosis Procedure

CHECK FUSE

Check for blown fuses.

Power source	Fuse No.	Capacity
Power switch ON or START	8	10 A

Is the inspection result normal?

YES>>

GO TO 2.

NO>>

Be sure to eliminate cause of malfunction before installing new fuse.

CHECK POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT

1. Turn power switch ON.

2. Check voltage between wireless charger unit harness connector and ground.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES>>

GO TO 3.

NO>>

Repair or replace wireless charger unit power supply harness.

CHECK GROUND CIRCUIT

2. Disconnect wireless charger unit connector.

3. Check continuity between wireless charger unit harness connector and ground.
