Radiator Core Support

Removal & Installation

REMOVAL

Remove front bumper fascia. Refer to Removal & Installation.

Remove front combination lamp. Refer to Removal & Installation.

Remove high voltage power delivery assembly and high voltage power delivery assembly bracket. Refer to HIGH VOLTAGE POWER DELIVERY ASSEMBLY : Removal & Installation.

Remove hood lock assembly. Refer to Removal & Installation.

Remove hood lock control cable fixing clip from radiator core support. Refer to Exploded View.

Remove crash zone sensor. Refer to Removal & Installation.

Remove intelligent key warning buzzer. Refer to Removal and Installation.

Disengage harness fixing clips from radiator core support.

Remove radiator mounting pins according to numerical order 1→2 indicated by arrows as shown in figure.

Remove radiator core support mounting bolts, and then remove radiator core support.

Installation

Install in the reverse order of removal.

Radiator Air Guide

Removal & Installation

REMOVAL

Remove front grill. Refer to Removal & Installation.

Remove radiator air guide upper 1 fixing clips, and then remove radiator air guide upper 1.

Remove radiator air guide upper 2 fixing clips, and then remove radiator air guide upper 2.

Remove radiator air guide lower 1 fixing clips, and then remove radiator air guide lower 1.

Remove radiator air guide lower 2 fixing clips, and then remove radiator air guide lower 2.

Remove radiator air guide RH fixing clips, and then remove radiator air guide RH.

Remove radiator air guide LH fixing clips, and then remove radiator air guide LH.

INSTALLATION

Install in the reverse order of removal.
