CHECK REFRIGERANT CYCLE
Connect recovery/recycling/recharging equipment (for HFO-1234yf) to the Nissan Ariya vehicle and perform the refrigerant system diagnosis. Refer to Symptom Table.
Is the check result normal?
YES>>GO TO 2.
NO>>Repair or replace malfunctioning part according to diagnosis result.
CHECK FOR AIR LEAKAGE FROM DUCT
Check duct and nozzle, etc. of A/C system for air leakage.
Is the check result normal?
YES>>GO TO 3.
NO>>Repair or replace parts according to the inspection results.
CHECK SETTING OF DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SET TEMPERATURE AND CONTROL TEMPERATURE
With CONSULT
Using CONSULT, check the setting of “Temperature setting correct” on “Work support” of “HVAC”. Refer to CONSULT Function.
Check that the difference between set temperature and control temperature is set to “+ direction”.
NOTE:
The control temperature can be set with a setting difference between the set temperature and control temperature.
Change the set temperature correction value to “0”.
Are the symptoms solved?
YES>>Perform the setting separately if necessary. Inspection end.
NO>>Replace A/C auto amp. Refer to Removal & Installation.

No warm air comes out. (Air flow volume is normal.)

YES>>Replace high voltage junction box. Refer to HIGH VOLTAGE JUNCTION BOX : Disassembly & Assembly.
NO>>Replase PTC heater (refer to Removal & Installation.), and then replace high voltage junction box. Refer to HIGH VOLTAGE JUNCTION BOX : Disassembly & Assembly.
Compressor does not operate.
NOTE:

Check that refrigerant is enclosed in cooler cycle normally. If refrigerant amount is shortage from proper amount, perform the inspection of refrigerant leakage.

Check if there are any symptoms that are not related to the air conditioning system.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES>>GO TO 2.
NO>>Perform applicable symptom diagnosis.
